Our two cats! Aren’t they cute?
I’ve added a video of Shiva and Oliver getting high on Catnip..
For weeks in July 2002 we debated getting a kitten for Oliver. Would he get along with it? Would he feel threatened? In the end we decided to get a female kitten for Oliver as a playmate. On August the 3rd we picked up Shiva from an excellent cat shelter near Dundee (after a bad experience with the local cat shelters…). Shiva is aptly named and more of her exploits will follow.
Oliver was a very cute and friendly cat that lived with Elizabeth and I. Oliver and I liked each other from the moment we met 
He was the cutest, fuzziest cat I’d ever lived with.
Oliver was a pure-bred Siamese who met Elizabeth after an unfortunate end to his career as a stud. Before his started his job as a full time gigolo, he needed to be declawed. This traumatized him so much that he hid in the ceiling of the stud house and wouldn’t come out. The vet had to give him away so Elizabeth rescued him
Oliver passed away quietly with the person he loved most in the world in Dundee in 2007. He lives on in our hearts forever.
